ACCEPTANCE of TERMS and CONDITIONS

Aussiecandlesupplies.com.au website is owned and operated by Aussie Candle Supplies Pty Ltd ACN 110 629 546. To ensure a safe environment for all users, we have established these Terms and Conditions. By accessing any areas of Aussie Candle Supplies and other related websites, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the terms set forth below.

ORDERING and PRICING

The products items offered are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part. We will process your order once you have registered and we have received your payment details. An e-mail confirmation of our acceptance of the order will be forwarded to you.
The prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are fully inclusive of government taxes (GST). Prices are for internet orders only and are subject to change at any time without notification.  We do not offer rainchecks on out of stock items.

PAYMENTS

Aussie Candle Supplies accepts most major credit cards through our online shopping cart. Payment is made via Paypal which is a highly secure site verified with Veri Sign. Alternatively you can direct deposit which is our preferred method, pay by cheque or money order.   Goods will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
Once you have placed the order and clicked the submit button you are under contract to purchase the order.  If the direct deposit method of payment is chosen we will hold your order for only 5 days before cancelling it.  If successive orders are placed and remain unpaid Aussie Candle Supplies reserves the right to refuse any future order and business dealings.

DELIVERIES

Aussie Candle Supplies offers deliveries to most major areas of Australia using Startrack Express. We do not use Australia Post. A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by us. We do not accept liability f or delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address.  Deliveries will  be left if no-one home. You are responsible for making sure goods are signed for on delivery.   If a secure place cannot be found for the goods they will be taken back to the depot.  It redelivery is attempted you will be charged a second delivery fee.   We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered. Please contact us  to make alternative delivery arrangements. For security reasons we can not deliver to Post Office boxes , however if you live in a small country town and items are usually delivered to the post office or central pick up point please provide the physical address not the PO box.
 All items purchased from Aussie Candle Supplies are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipment. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge.

REFUND POLICY

All refunds will be at the sole discretion of Aussie Candle Supplies.  If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason please contact Aussie Candle Supplies to discuss the matter. We do not refund or accept returns on fragrances once opened. You may incur a restocking fee of $10.00.
In the case of breakages we do not resend items however will credit the customers account.  This is at the sole discretion of Aussie Candle Supplies. A digital photo of the breakages must be sent to Aussie Candles within 2 days of receipt of goods. If goods are damaged or broken on return you will be charged for these items.
Aussie Candle Supplies sells all prodcucts under the recognition that once they are used for the purpose of purchase we are no longer held responsible. It is the responsibility of the purchaser once they take possession of all goods to ensure their products are suitable for safe use.


CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to info@aussiecandlesupplies.com.au . If the order has not been shipped, the order will immediately be cancelled with no penalty. If the order has been shipped, you will incur the cost of returning the goods.

Any copying of the design, layout, wording, concepts or other unauthorised use will infringe our rights. Trade marks, copyrights, brand names, product and company names related to the products appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners. Aussie Candle Supplies Pty Ltd does not claim to own any of these trade marks, copyrights, brand or product names what-so-ever nor does it claim that Aussie Candle Supplies Pty Ltd is related to, endorsed by, or in any other way connected or associated with the respective owners and/or their related companies and agents.
