2. Payment: How can I pay for my order?

Offline credit card: place your order over the internet then phone your credit card details through to one of our friendly staff.

Please be aware your goods will not be dispatched until the funds have been received in the bank account. Refer to your online invoice for deposit details.

3. What is the difference between your waxes and what is the best wax for me?
The main difference between the soy waxes is the pour temperature. Some waxes are poured at a higher temperature while others are much lower. It is a personal preference. You need to try out the waxes and test extensively to find the wax you are comfortable with.
4. Why can't I add some items to my cart?
This generally means the item is out of stock. This is also the case if the item is showing a $0.00 value.
5. Can I place my order over the phone?
We prefer that all orders are placed over the internet. Under extenuating circumstances we will take orders over the phone.
6. I have some breakages. What do i do?
Unfortunately breakages happen and are beyond our control. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details on what to do.
7. Do you ship to other countries?
Yes we do. Choose your country of destination when filling out your profile details. If you are placing an order, do it via the shopping cart as normal and we will work out the cheapest correct price and contact you.
8. What does FO and EO mean?
FO and EO are abbreviations for fragrance oil and essential oil.
9. Do you have instructions on making candles?
Please refer to our section 'Making Candles' in the help section, bottom left hand side of the home page.
10. What wicks do I use for bees wax candles?
You will have to do a fair amount of testing yourself to establish what wick is correct for your candle. As a general rule of thumb add 2 -3 sizes to any wick suggestions given for soy wax.
