HTP wicks have been specifically braided to give the wick extra strength and stability. The flat braid design and high performance paper fibres throughout makes this wick an excellent choice for natural waxes, including gel. HTP are self trimming wicks specifically designed to bend at the tip into the hottest part of the flame contributing to a cleaner burning candle. This action results in a more complete combustion, leaving less carbon build up and mushrooming

Burns hot

Great wick. For me, it achieved a full melt pool in less than 2 hours and then the flame got a bit too big after 3 hours for the size of jar it was rated for. Probably best used for a larger jar or with a warning to not allow to burn for much more than 2 hours at a time. Overall, good wick, that's just my user experience.
